防火卷帘门广泛应用于商场，商厦及地下车库，但是具体的安装步骤别说外行人，就是做防火卷帘门的也不一定能详细的说明白
Fireproof rolling shutter doors are widely used in shopping malls, commercial buildings and underground garages, but the specific installation steps, not to mention the layman, are not necessarily detailed
第一步：安装导轨
Step 1: Install the guide rail
1、在防火卷帘门的两侧确定导轨安装位置，用锤线放出导轨基准线，放出导轨连接件固定螺栓十字线，导轨超过吊顶不小于75cm。
1. Determine the installation position of the guide rail on both sides of the fire shutter door, use the hammer line to set out the reference line of the guide rail, and set out the cross line of the fixing bolt of the guide rail connector. The guide rail shall not exceed the ceiling by less than 75 cm.
2、用冲击钻在墙柱上打出连接件固定膨胀螺栓孔，连接件的间 距不得大于600 mm，两端距导轨口100 mm。先上下固几块连接件，将导轨贴上，校正其垂直并点焊，导固定后再复一下导轨的垂直度，每米不得大于5 mm，全长垂直度不得超过20 mm，复合帘面嵌入导轨深度(见GBl4102—2005)。
2. Use the impact drill to drill the expansion bolt hole for fixing the connector on the wall column. The spacing between the connectors shall not be greater than 600 mm, and the distance between the two ends of the connector and the guide rail opening shall be 100 mm. First fix several connecting pieces up and down, attach the guide rail, correct its perpendicularity and spot weld it. After fixing the guide rail, repeat the perpendicularity of the guide rail. The perpendicularity of the guide rail shall not exceed 5 mm per meter, and the perpendicularity of the full length shall not exceed 20 mm. The depth of the composite curtain embedded in the guide rail (see GBl4102-2005).
3、将其余连接件装上，连接件与导轨之问采用点焊，每件连接件与一导轨间点焊点不少于5点，点焊的宽度不小于5 mm，焊接处 绝不应穿现象发生。采用不锈钢导轨时焊条采用不锈钢焊条。 第二步：安装卷轴
3. Install the rest of the connecting pieces, and use spot welding between the connecting piece and the guide rail. The spot welding points between each connecting piece and a guide rail shall not be less than 5 points, and the width of the spot welding shall not be less than 5 mm. The weld shall not be penetrated. Stainless steel electrode shall be used when stainless steel guide rail is used. Step 2: Install the reel
1、依据大样图中卷轴的设计中心高度，在立柱或墙上定出主动支承板的中心位置，放出膨胀螺栓的中心十字线。
1. According to the design center height of the scroll in the detail drawing, determine the center position of the active support plate on the column or wall, and set out the central cross line of the expansion bolt.
2、以主支承板中心为基准，用水平塑料管找出对应的从动支承板 中心和从动膨胀螺栓孔十字线。
2. Take the center of the main support plate as the benchmark, use the horizontal plastic pipe to find the corresponding center of the driven support plate and the cross line of the driven expansion bolt hole.
