1、将钥匙插入电动门的离合器中。离合器的位置在电机末端用链条系住的轴末端凹六角槽内，然后顺时针旋转180度（到末端）。这时候按下遥控器的控制开关，会不会发现电机不再空转，而是随链条一起转动？

2、按遥控器的控制开关，控制箱内的提示灯不亮。成都电动门厂家告诉你，当电机不动，控制箱上的指示灯不亮时，首先要检查遥控器的电池是否电量耗尽。检查方法是按遥控器上的开关停止键，看遥控器右上角的提示灯是否会亮（红灯）。如果不亮，则表示电池在临时使用后已完全放电。请直接更换同型号电池。其次，要检查电机输出电源的两条主线（零线/火线）是否接好。然后固定并牢固地连接电线。如果检查后没有发现这种现象，就要检查整条电源线是否接触不良、断线，电流能否正常传输。经检查导体导电性异常，可更换新导体（导体规格为伸缩门三芯导体）。换线前请参考接线方式。

Secondly, it is necessary to check whether the two main lines (zero/live) of the motor output power supply are properly connected. Then fix and firmly connect the wires. 3、电动门可以移动，但行走后停止，断断续续，电机转动很慢。可能是电压不稳定、电压过低造成的。请逐步检查电压是否稳定。出现这种情况时，请检查是否为 AC 220 V 10 PHZ 电压。如果确认电压在正常范围内仍不能正常使用，则可以初步判断是电机或控制系统的问题。那么检测控制器是否故障的方法是直接用遥控器按下开关停止按钮，观察控制面板上的提示灯是否亮起。如果是，则控制器正常。
3. The electric door can move, but it stops intermittently after walking, and the motor rotates slowly. It may be caused by unstable or low voltage. Please gradually check if the voltage is stable.
